Paying from Belgium follows a predictable pattern: you deposit with the Bancontact card or the app, with a bank transfer as the only way out. Payconiq by Bancontact was renamed Bancontact Pay in March 2026.
Reckon with €1500 per payment and €2500 per day at Bancontact Pay. The money is available at once; a withdrawal normally takes one to three banking days, plus the time the operator itself takes to process the request.
From signup to first payout
Signing up looks roughly the same on every site: your details and a verification that precedes the payout. An ID document and an address document will be requested.

- Is Bovegas legal in Belgium?
Not legal in the Belgian sense: Bovegas operates without a Gaming Commission licence. It takes two clicks to verify. Anyone wanting certainty looks the name up at the Gaming Commission.
- Is there a deposit limit?
The statutory standard is €200 per week. Going down is always allowed, going up is not. The ceiling counts per week, not per month. At unlicensed sites that protection does not exist.
- Can I have myself blocked?
Through the Gaming Commission's EPIS system. One registration excludes you from every licensed operator, online and on-site. Registration runs through the Gaming Commission. The exclusion cannot be undone straight away.
- Is there tax on winnings?
